Our Team

The Phamile Foundation now has a few volunteers supervising its direction and administration.

All of us are professionals donating our time and our own money, which is the core of the foundation’s funding. Collectively, we help ensure a transparent and accountable charity foundation.

Tom Love – CEO and Founder

Tom Love started The Phamile Foundation for a few basic reasons:  he never really knew where his  charitable contributions went or how much actually went where he intended them to go.  Additionally, his business travels took him to areas of extreme poverty and he saw abandoned children that desperately needed help!  He wanted to do something more than simply write a check without knowing if he was changing their lives in some meaningful way.  So after consulting mentors and friends he began with basic criteria that he thought most donors could relate to including that 100% of all donations going to the project that the donor personally selects with accountability at the core of any project we fund.

Prior to founding  The Phamile Foundation he was ZenithOptimedia (Publicics Groupe) Executive Vice President of Strategic Resources & Insights  overseeing North American Operations with a prestigious roster of clients including: 20th Century Fox, Toyota, Hewlett-Packard Worldwide, Ubisoft, Nestle USA, Purina, General Mills, Verizon, JP Morgan Chase, Gucci, Harrah’s Entertainment, Schering Plough/Merck, Reckitt Benkeiser, L’Oreal etc.

He has led corporate and agency Research & Insights teams for Iconic brands (Roku, Apple, Discovery Communications, Walt Disney Internet Group, LVMH,  SEGA and more).

Love graduated with Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts degrees in Business Administration (Major)/Organizational Management (Minor) and History respectfully from the University of Colorado in 1984. He also has completed post-graduate studies in Leadership at Oxford (2004),and with coursework in progress at MIT in Data Science & Artificial Intelligence.

He now resides in Scotts Valley, CA with his family.
